OUR HISTORY
The incredible five-story, four building medical complex located on Broad Street in Philadelphia was the former home of St. Agnes Hospital. Originally established in 1920, the current ‘modern medical campus’ houses over 400,000 sq. ft. of gross floor area.
Constitution Health Plaza was created to serve the local needs of patient care, and offer state-of-the-art facilities to National Institutions expanding their footprint to the Philadelphia and Delaware Valley region.
Today, Constitution Health Plaza serves a population of over 1.5M from a convenient location for their health care needs, offering services ranging from independent family practices to large outpatient care; all designed to suit the needs of your community.
