Young adults are experiencing societal pressure for excellence based on the portrayal of perfection in social media. Our young people are struggling to transition into adulthood, a phenomenon that is referred to as “failure to launch.” We understand that this particular age group is facing things that no generation has experienced, such as screen addictions and the effects of vaping.

Our acute behavioral health unit was developed to help young adults overcome mental health illnesses and addictions so they can become thriving adults. We use a diverse range of treatment options to help these individuals address concerns with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, addictions, and executive functioning issues. By specializing in care for ages 18 to 26, Malvern Behavioral Health focuses on key stressors that impact this age group, provides individualized treatment, and works with each person to develop proper support, skills, and education so they can thrive in everyday life. Malvern Behavioral Health utilizes evidence-based treatment modalities.
